Hey Crew,
Thanks for being flexible with the schedule changes for the last three weeks of the year. This week we switched the schedule from Lake Elmo to Green Lake. It was a very nice evening on the water. Despite the nice weather there were only a total of five fish measured. Congrats goes out to the Red Cups for their 18 inch bass, capturing the top spot for the largest bass catagory edging out Team Hoots 17.75" bass from week 3 at Big Carnelian.
The Red Cups have shortened Da Flu Flu's lead in the standings by a couple points. The current standings have Da Flu Flu's in first with 48 points, the Red Cups in second with 46 points, and Gulp This in Third with 29 points. It will be an interesting last couple of weeks as we wind down the season. Not sure about you guys, but I am starting to feel the end of the year depression. I would love this league to continue on year around!
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT......Team Hooters has fully paid their league dues! The Hooter captain was holding out on paying his share but finally decided to fess up his money. Moving into Week 7 everyone is finally paid up for the year!
Next week we are on White Bear Lake with take off at 5:30 pm and measure in at 8:30 pm. Have a great week everyone and see you next Tuesday!
